We had a dinner with our senior couples and some of those who have been working on the temple.
We found a monument in honor of Simon Bolivar near our house. Having lived in Venezuela, I knew he is considered the liberator of many South American countries, but I did not realize that he had been to Italy and that in Italy he had vowed never to rest until South America was free.
We made a recent trip to Pescara. It is a beautiful chapel!
