March

The last few days have been eventful. On Thursday, we welcomed our new assistant. We love all of these wonderful elders.

Thank you Anziano for all that you have done for us!

Last night, we had a farewell dinner for these wonderful missionaries. The elders lined up on the steps in the order of the picture that was taken of them two years ago. Well done!

They are off! This was the 7 am departure group.

Over the weekend, we were able to travel to the ancient Italian city of Perugia. We had a beautiful meeting with some of the members there.

We ate lunch on Saturday near this incredible spot.

This cheesecake was incredible. I love Perugian chocolate!

There is no way to describe how old this city is. These buildings are hundreds of years old.

For my family--those are Griffins on this ancient building.

This arch was built somewhere around 300-200 BC. Augustus had his name carved in the arch around 35 BC.

We ate lunch with a wonderful Italian family.

Food in Italy is an art. The pictures do not do it justice. It was delicious. Thank you!
