Farewell

We said farewell to these wonderful missionaries this morning. We met the sisters in the MTC during the mission presidents' seminar. We will miss them all!

Malta

President went to Malta this weekend and had a great visit with our missionaries and members.

Comings and Goings

We said farewell to this good elder this week.

And we enjoyed a visit from an elder who returned.

Travels

This week, we took a quick trip to Caserta and Bari. Then President went to stake conference in Siracusa and Catania. We didn't take enough photos!

Today was Rome East Stake Conference. President enjoyed visiting with this wonderful couple!

Farewell

Farewell to this wonderful couple! They have been with us since we started and we will miss them!

My Sister

Years ago I was blessed to be born into a family with an older sister and an older brother. They have been a blessing in my life. A little over four months ago, I asked my sister if President and I could come and stay with her while I dealt with some medical issues. My sister and I ended up spending four months together. She has taken care of me and encouraged me, both in Utah and Italy. While in Rome, on my good days, we saw some sights. Today, she went back home. I will be forever grateful that she is my sister.

I wanted to finally post these photos so that we can share the wonderful memories from that day. We are grateful for the spirit this conference brought to all of our missionaries, wherever they were in our mission.
